01 The permission you're granting

In return for the shoot and the images provided, the Subject grants the Photographer permission to use the photographs and any video containing their likeness for:

• Portfolio, website and printed marketing
• Social media and paid or organic advertising
• Competitions, awards, features and press
• Promotional use by the Photographer's business, worldwide and without a time limit

This permission is granted royalty-free. The Subject will not receive further payment for these uses.

02 What it does not cover

• The Photographer will use the images honestly and will not knowingly use them in a way that is defamatory, or that implies the Subject endorses a product or view they have not agreed to.
• The Subject may ask, in writing, for a specific image to be withdrawn from future promotional use. The Photographer will honour reasonable requests going forward, though images already printed or published cannot always be recalled.
• Copyright of the images remains with the Photographer.

03 Consent to hold image data (UK / GDPR)

• The Subject consents to the Photographer storing and processing the images, which may include their personal data, for the purposes above.
• The Subject confirms they are over 18. If the Subject is under 18, a parent or guardian must sign on their behalf below.

04 Agreement

By signing below, the Subject (or their parent/guardian) agrees to this release.
